The Ghoghnous (Phoenix) project is located in Puna town, Rodhen, on 240 square meters, with five residential floors and two common floors. According to the successful experience of using U-boot in past projects, the problem of providing parking and storage in the limited underground space was solved by using a concrete structure and U-boot in its design. The open and uniform space of the units and common areas, together with the insulation of this type of roof and low vibration, will bring peace and comfort to the residents of this building.
