The Puna project is located on a land of 480 square meters in the Puna town of Rodhen. This 9-story project has 18 residential units and three common floors.
The common areas of this building include the lobby, janitor's room, gym, roof garden, swimming pool, and jacuzzi on the roof. Considering the limited space and a large number of car parking spaces in the limited space of two floors underground, the structural designer suggested using a concrete structure with U-boot in the slab. All the middle spaces of the floors were designed to be open and unobstructed using the structural system of a load-bearing wall and Uboot. All the walls were placed around the structure, providing 18 parking and storage units on the 1st and 2nd floors. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof is another point of this project, providing an almost unobstructed view because of its location on high slopes.
