Favania Residential tower is located on 1330 square meters in Shemiranat, with nine residential floors. Each floor consists of three residential units and three common ones, totaling 12 floors.
The non-uniform arrangement of floors in height and the use of tall cantilever elements as well as large openings without the use of columns are among the outstanding components of its architecture, encouraging structural designers to use new and innovative systems in the design of structural elements.
Their choice was a concrete structure using U-Boot for the slabs of the project in combination with the Post Tension system for the first time in Iran.
One of the features of U-Boot in architecture is creating an open space without conflicting with the middle columns. As a result, it creates continuous space and view in the units and provides an undisturbed space for the necessary number and sometimes more parking space for cars.
This feature, combined with the post-tension system, makes it possible to design cantilever slabs with a length of 3 meters and a width of 5 meters and a cantilever slab with a length of 3 meters and a width of 11 meters.
Also, openings with a length of 12 meters inside the structure are among the structural design features of this residential project.
